1.  How long do you take to deliver?

Estimated delivery time will depend on the location selected and prevailing conditions. It will be updated once you select the delivery location of the order.

  1. What are your delivery hours?

We deliver between 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Monday to Sunday.

  1. Can I order from any location?

We will deliver from the closest retail store listed on the website for your particular location. We recommend enabling your GPS location. Our services are currently active only in Bengaluru.

  1. Do you support Bulk Orders?

Yes. Subject to availability. You can write to us at cs@housejoy.in  or chat with us for more information.

  1. Can I change the address/contact number after placing the order?

No changes will be allowed post placing the order(s).

  1. Can I order in advance?

Yes. You can place orders up to 2 days in advance on our platform.

  1. I want to cancel my order.

Please note that the order once picked/fulfilled cannot be cancelled. For cancellation of orders that are YET to be picked/fulfilled, please contact our customer service on 08066085053

  1. Can I edit my order?

Order can be edited by our Customer Support team upon request .
